Every document that enters the Academy Knowledge Base passes through a structured review. Upload, review, approve — then Faculty learns from it.

Step 01
Staff Uploads
Any staff member submits a document with metadata. It enters the pending queue immediately.
Step 02
Manager Reviews
A designated reviewer opens the queue, previews the document and decides to approve or reject.
Step 03
Approval Triggers Upload
On approval, the system calls POST /api/v1/academy/legend/upload to index the document into the KB.
Step 04
Faculty Learns
Legend Academy Faculty uses the indexed document to generate accurate, trustworthy course content.
